Membership Levels
Family Membership $100 for 12 months | $175 for 24 months
Includes 2 adults living in the same household and their children. Caregivers or grandparents may also purchase this membership to include all of their grandchildren (parents of grandchildren are not included).
MCM Access for All Family Membership $50 for 12 months
Includes two (2) adults living in the same household and their children or grandchildren through age 18. To purchase this membership, proof of enrollment in one of our qualifying programs is required. A complete list of qualifying programs is available at www.munciemuseum.com/mcm-access-for-all. Memberships will not be processed until proof of enrollment (such as a photo of your WIC, SNAP, or insurance card) is submitted to krinker@munciemuseum.com.

Extended Family Membership $140 for 12 months | $250 for 24 months
Includes 2 adults living in the same household, their children, and 2 additional adult guests. Grandparents can purchase this membership to include themselves, 2 other adults, and all of their grandchildren.
Caregiver card
A caregiver card may be issued at no additional cost. This allows one (1) adult to bring the children of a member(s) without the member(s) being present.
