*This week’s event has changed since the initial “More to Explore in Muncie” nature program schedule first came out. We will be at the BSU Environmental Education Center and NOT at Camp Adventure.*

Join us on Wednesday, July 31, at 10am for “The Secret Life of Honeybees” at BSU Environmental Education Center.

Erica, from BSU Environmental Education Center, will be talking about . honeybees and why they are important for our environment. Visitors will have the opportunity to observe the secret life of honeybees in the Nature Lab’s observation hive and create their own paper life cycle of a honeybee. Each family that participates will be entered to win a nature book or nature kit to be given away at the end of the event.

Parking: parking passes will be provided on location for parking spots in the lot in front of the building. Overflow parking will be directed to the lot near the fire station.

This event is part of Muncie Children’s Museum’s FREE summer program, “More to Explore in Muncie”, with weekly nature events sponsored by Muncie Altrusa Foundation. Every time your family attends a “More to Explore in Muncie” nature event, you will be entered into a drawing for a family membership to Muncie Children’s Museum to be given away in August.
